Hmm Ive been trying to perfect the cook on a Wellington-for-one. What was the time and temp on this one? Like 350 for 20 minutes?

From the fridge, I didn’t want to bring it to room temp in case the puff pastry got soggy, not sure if it would or not

You can defo bring the meat out for an hour or more before the oven, helps with that ultra pink center.
