You are right about the slimy look. I think was was the camera angle and flash as it didn’t look like that “in person”. I didn’t care for the one on the left, it was shrimp tempura with crab, avocado and cream cheese. There was too much cream cheese IMO. The one on the right was really good. Had shrimp tempura, crab, tuna, red snapper and sweet potato, avocado and cucumber.

It’s just the before. The middle section was removed since that was part of the order for my wife.
