Glad to see I'm not the only one who puts bacon in stuffing. Mine is a bourbon bacon stuffing but this year it included morel mushrooms as well

Mushrooms and leeks are a great pairing. You also get all the flavor from the bacon (& bacon fat) and sage. It really doesn’t taste mushroomy.

I’m from the south and we eat cornbread dressing at winter holidays, but I would seriously love to make this sometime
