It's good, normally I'll pour out about half of the jalapeños juice..I use a 15.5oz jar of la costena brand, but you can add more or less depending on how hot you want it. Super simple to make..I think the pork really makes this chili.

I use pulled pork leftovers often for chili. It’s definitely a star ingredient

I've used spicy ground pork before mixed with beef, it really brings the chili to the next level.

Pork loin, chili/kidney beans, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, hot enchilada sauce, and a jar of pickled jalapeños. Seasoned with a packet of taco seasoning with chili powder and cumin to flavor.
Best served with shredded cheese and chili cheese fritos on top.
