You boil lasagna sheets and they become lasagna noodles. Just like rigatoni, linguine, and spaghetti.

Same lasagna noodles to make lasagna.

What was the point of this? You literally answered your own question. You know what a lasagna sheet is but not different width lasagna noodles available on the mass market?
