google257 t1_it5a18o wrote on October 21, 2022 at 1:04 AM I make this a lot. I blanch the lettuce in salted water with a splash of oil for like 20 seconds. Then for the sauce you cook a little garlic in oil and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and some water. It’s reaaaallly good.
