It’d about a cup of mayo, a bunch of finely chopped chives, dill, capers, dill pickle and shallot. Then add lemon/pickle juice, salt and paper to taste!

Agreed, it looks lighter and fresher than a lot of tartar sauces, just what I would like with some fried cod.

I like this, simple but I know it will be tasty!
The cheap version would be fish fingers (fish stick if you are from the USA)
I line to make my tartar sauce using a bit of mayo of course, but a base of avocado, works for me :)
