[Homemade] NY Strip seared on Cast Iron Submitted by tomtheintern t3_yd16ch on October 25, 2022 at 10:15 AM in food My second attempt with my cast iron pan, and I’m never going back now. Pre heated the pan for 5 minutes, used Ghee (clarified butter) as my oil and cooked for a minute and a half per side, just flipping once. 7 comments 57
