This is one of my fave types of pizza. Sometimes I get a little wild and make it with bbq sauce instead of marinara.

My gf hates pineapple so last night we made one sans pineapple, but finished with a drizzle of hot honey for sweetness instead. It was good but hoo boy, our crust had nothing on yours!

Yes! Feeling that. I usually do a light tomato base and then a spiral of BBQ sauce on top.

...and crust. A bit too much for me, to be honest, but the toppings look sublime.

That crust looks delicious! The whole pizza looks delicious, but that crust looks so perfect.

What’s everyone’s take on jalapeños on pizza? Pepperoni and jalapeños is one of the best combos, but for some reason I just do not like it when it’s picked instead of fresh jalapeños. I love banana peppers in pizza so it’s not just an issue with them being pickled.

One suggestion. Before you cook the pizza, spread the sauce closer to the edge. Leave one centimeter for crust, and rub/wipe/dab some oil or butter on the crust area. It’ll expand when it cooks and you’ll have something better than 40% crust 60% pizza, plus a delicious crust that shines and has flavor. Looks great now and would still smash.
