That is because I'm vegan and I don't want to harm the cow/buffalo just for the sake of filling my stomach. The texture and taste is the same and tofu is even cheaper than paneer in my area

Payasam- lentils, coconut milk, jaggery, nutmeg Shrikhand - traditionally it is made by hung curd and sugar but I made it with almond and cashew paste
