Yum!! Green curry is my absolute fave.

I think maybe that's sugar peas/snap peas/snow peas or as I learned from watching Uncle Roger's review of Jamie Oliver's Thai Green curry recipe "Mangetout."

I believe the quote was "If vegetables taste like sad, mangetout tastes like terror."

Curry fan here. Looks great. My brother goes the extra mile over my abilities and makes his own assorted curry pastes using a mortar and pestle and fresh curry paste ingredients lol

Yup thats what thai green curries are. They use watered down coconut as a base instead of the thick coconut base a lot of indian curries use.

They're both delicious though!

Courgette / Zucchini depending on where you’re from and sugar snap peas!

What a guy! It’s so rewarding making your own paste, I do this when I make rendang but for this recipe have found a store bought paste that is an actual Thai brand and tastes delicious so I stick with that.

Try the Maesri brand curry pastes and noodle sauces. I get mine from a fantastic little oriental shop in Portland Maine but have also seen them on Amazon. Inexpensive and super tasty!
