Pop’s Beef is my fav but hell yeah! Pop’s makes their own hot peppers. They slice the jalapeno pepper paper-thin. The peppers are not pickled for long (or at all) before they are put in oil so they have an awesome crunch and they’re not too spicy. They add a little fresh element to the beef experience. Zesty.
