Felt good about this one. Love Farfalle. Also love Carbonara for a quick lunch.

Not that anyone here needs a recipe but here's how I did it.

Ingredients.

• Farfalle
• Pecorino
• Pepper
• Bacon (no Guanciale on hand)

Start the water, salty as the sea

Bacon in serperate pan, med heat, leave it alone

Bacon in separate pan, med heat, leave it alone

Finely grate Pecorino

Whisk Cheese and Eggs together, add pepper

When the pasta's al dente, kick up the bacon heat a bit on the bacon,

add pasta spoonful at a time

Cook a bit in the bacon grease and pasta water

Turn off heat

Add eggs/cheese, mix quickly to not let eggs sit

Serve right away.

This is interesting, where are the eggs?

All up in that cheesy glistening goodness.

You have to cook em a lil you know that right

Ha so yes I assume. Yes the eggs were cooked a little, would be much runnier if they weren’t.
