Happy cake day! And it is amazing, you should definitely try it, the combination of sweet, Savoy and spicy is really nice in this dish

That’s what makes curry great, no matter where in the world you go, it’s always different. Even in a particular region, it will always change just from local ingredients, spices and preparation.

Much of the time people just wing it based on what they have, that’s what makes fun
