Now that's an appropriate curry to rice ratio. Did you make the curry sauce from scratch, or did you use a mix/roux blocks?

Thanks for asking! I used S&B's Golden Curry, medium hot.

I love S&B, and medium hot seems to be the sweet spot as well, so thumbs up.
