Recipe is pretty simple. I don’t measure but just eyeball.

In a food processor I put in a few large handfuls of spinach, a little fresh basil, and a splash of milk and blended until smooth. Then over medium heat I whisked together butter and flour. Then added a bit of milk and whisked, then added the spinach and whisked. I added a little more milk since it looked like it needed it. I let it bubble for a bit while I seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Then added in Tasty cheddar and a little parmesan. Comes out very yummy and the green colour I find quite fun too.
