Looks amazing

I wish ahi tuna didn't make me feel like I ate the whole menu at Taco Bell, I'd eat so much of this.

Yum! Where do you buy your sushi grade tuna?

Hereā€™s a great article that Iā€™d invite you to read The ā€œSushi Gradeā€ Myth

To specifically answer your question though, I purchase it from Winco. Itā€™s about $2.50 for a 3 oz ahi tuna filet. Great price, excellent quality.

For salmon, Iā€™ll look for a company called ā€œGreat American Seafood Importsā€, a brand of Southwind Foods. Their salmon that I buy is farm raised and immediately flash frozen.

Very helpful thank you. It should still be fresh though. I remember when I always got fresh tuna straight from the fisherman and ate it raw. Then I tried to do the same at a supermarket since I didnā€™t know any better and it was a rather unpleasant experience. I hope supermarkets are better now.
