Canned from Bourgogne. Best way to get them overall. You can buy them in the states, not super easy to find at the local Piggly Wiggly. Online is probably the best option depending on where you live. They come cooked.

Interesting, how do you purchase escargot? Live? In shell? Marinated? Dry? I've never seen the option at a grocery store here I the US.

That’s a good question….brown mushrooms with a hint of mineral soil (in a good way).
