If the sub had let me title it appropriately, then it would have said quick, simple, and healthy. When my wife is at work and im alone with my two young boys always trying to kill each other in some fashion, I don’t get the proper time to spice things up. Plus I switched to a mostly vegetarian (pescatarian since I still eat fish occasionally) diet about 5 months ago due to health reasons. I absolutely enjoyed it though.
