No, I think you mean NFC champion. The NFC champion plays the AFC champion in the Super Bowl two weeks later. Both will be decided tomorrow.

If either of those teams win they will be conference champion but they will need to beat the winner of the chiefs vs bengals to be the champion of the entire NFL. The NFL has two conferences AFC and NFC.
