I’d say because cigarettes are toxic. Possibly due to the poison your inhaling or the poor diet you seem to have. Either way drink some water and stop smoking while your ahead.

Fuck everyone that hates on you because smoking is bad... 99% of smokers know it's bad, stfu already people...

The honest answer is that it's one of the earliest signs of CO Poisoning - And given you draw in a lot of CO when you smoke... you have a large scale intake of CO. It passes within minutes of "Fresh air" - It's also why smoke indoors long term with no ventilation will cause the same results for everyone around you.

Well the toxins get in your lungs, from there they get into your bloodstream, then they travel to your brain, depending on what kind of toxins they are because there size does matter, they might enter your brain cells and disrupt your neurological connections. That's how you get symptoms like nausea, hallucination, dizzynees... From drugs and alcohols

I had the same experience when I started smoking. It was horrible but I kept smoking. I eventually quit but I find it interesting that I ever continued. If I ate a food that gave me the same reaction I wouldn’t eat it again. Just saying… tobacco, alcohol, drugs…..all made me sick but it never stopped me. I would get sick in order to get the good feeling that would come later. With smoking I just wanted to be a cool kid with tobacco; with drugs and alcohol I just wanted to get high. Like my body was always screaming “Nooooooooo” and my mind was always saying “Bring it on! It will be awesome once you quit throwing up!”
