Odds are most if not all their shares are preferred stocks so they’d have a higher percentage in voting rights!!

Edit: Class A stocks not preferred stocks

Just under 54.5% as of Meta’s 2022 filing, which doesn’t include another 2.5% of proxy voting power.

Preferred stock usually has no voting rights, just a greater claim on assets and dividends. Typically Class A shares would have more voting rights than other shares in a dual-class structure.
