I wish Brad Pitt's node was ever so slightly moved as to not touch Sam Jackson's line.

I was just about to ask why Brad Pitt was connected to Pulp Fiction.

Tarantino plays in Pulp Fiction, but isn't connected on the graph.

I thought he used the same actors more than this

Movies seem unnecessarily spread out? Why is Jackie Brown all the way over there? Is it supposed to signify something?

I got excited because I thought someone had worked out the in universe relationships of the movies/characters in a chart. I have heard there is connections maybe but not well defined, or something lie that.

Would be a bit easier to read if the connection between edge and node looked different from an edge passing through a node.
Maybe nodes could cast a shadow on all edges they don't connect to, but I have no idea if tableau can do that.
Also, your tableau link leads to a 404.

It’s just a visual error. The line shouldn’t be going over the node

This had nodes for both movies and actors. What might work better is nodes for movies and edges for actors. What might be an even stronger visualization is an adjacency matrix grouped to highlight clusters
