in the interactive version, a pop-up appears for each blue dot (if the mouse is near)

That was an intentional design choice on my side. Because there would be nearly 80 text blocks it would be overwhelming, and I wanted the focus to be on how widely the ingredients were used.

But as you noted, the interactive version allows for all of that
