Um, okay. Go ahead and find a home for sale in the Palestinian West Bank, and offer to buy it. When you show up to sign the papers, casually mention that you're Jewish, and see how it goes.

Lol. When you say something you have to have evidence for it. Someone doesn’t have to prove it’s not true, you have to prove it is true.

The death sentence is towards the seller, not the buyer. It prohibits selling palestinian property to foreigner, selling it to someone with an israeli citizenship or acting on its behalf is considered treasonous.

It also says that for any death penalty to be carried out it must be approved by the president, which he has refused to do sonce 2010.

Well, no, it only prohibits selling to 'hostile countries' - i.e. mainly Israel.

In other words, they say they'll kill anyone who sells land to a Jew, and they do kill anyone who sells land to a Jew.
