if you're doing it in python, maybe try to plot it as a box plot. It's quite a mess rn.

Violin plot might also be useful here. Or at the very least giving each dot some transparency, so they don't obscure the data underneath.

They have both advantage and inconvenient, they both suit to this type of data though for sure.
