Do smokers still smoke 2/3 packs a day at these prices? I remember as a kid 2-3 was a normal amount and occasionally heard 4 or 5 packs a day. As to the data I always thought my state was average all around, and it is right on the average national cost in this.

I like how Hawaii is handling it. There is an upper age limit - you have to be a senior citizen to buy cigarettes

my god I grew up in NE Ohio and 2-3 packs a day is insane. Maybe 1.5 packs a week...or maybe i'm just a girlie girl.

That was just a bill. It was never passed and smoking age in Hawaii remains at 21 so far

A pack of cigarette in Ireland costs the equivalent of $15.50. Thankfully I don't smoke.
