No, we don’t. We have visitor visas and permanent residents.

A permanent resident is someone who has been issued a permanent resident visa by the Canadian government and has landed in Canada, but is not a Canadian citizen.

I tried googling it "permanent resident visa", but nothing came up.
If somebody is a permanent resident, they don't need a visa.

The permanent resident visa is issued on your passport by a Canadian Embassy so that you can land in Canada and become a permanent resident. After that you do not need it, since you will get issued a Permanent Resident Card.

At least India is diverse. You’re right about many Punjabi Sikhs in Canada, but also there are Tamil Christians, Hindus from the north, and all sorts of other languages and cultures.
China’s immigration should be limited.
