What does the x-axis mean? What is 0.5 Populism for Starmer?

What does the x-axis mean? 0.57 confidence doesn't mean anything, and doesn't make sense without units and context

I know right. It’s really frustrating to see something that has clearly had a lot of effort go in to it, and then completely fall down because of a sloppy display.

Can someone explain this? Me no understand
