South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan for electronics. No sane people would buy electronics made in e.g. Denmark or Switzerland.

What the chart fails to capture is that while I would trust pasta made in Italy, I wouldn't necessarily go for an Italian computer chip. Each country has its specialties which makes real life (and tracking real consumer preferences) more difficult than this simple chart would suggest.

This stuff matters less and less with such a complex global trade system. Would be better to say “Assembled in” since parts/components of most things come from many different countries
