How can I unionize my job? We all get so screwed. I know for a fact if we organized and negotiated better working conditions and pay as a group we’d be successful.

Hi there. I work as a Union Rep. This answer depends a lot on your local labour law. If you are in North America I can (probably) steer you in the right direction. Send me a PM.

Several of these countries are dictatorships where unions are controlled by the government, not the members.

Notice many of these are also the “happiest countries in the world” according to the 2023 world population review. Finland (#1), Denmark (#2), Iceland (#4), Norway (#6), Sweden (#7). Coincidence?

Being in a union is not the only way to achieve workplace justice. Many countries have quite strong and equitable employment law such as Australia.
