Funny enough the last time I had sleep paralysis I was worried I'd see "something" because It felt like something was sitting on my chest. Then I slowly realized I was snoring hahaha. Started trying to move my fingers and toes, and when I regained movement and just laughed it all off before dozing back to sleep.

Sleep paralysis is normal?

Happens to lots of people. It’s crazy because I’ve had the hag dream king before I ever heard it was a thing. Then I find out other people have seen a floating old woman head come at them in their bed and it’s like wtf?

I saw the hag long before I knew what to call it. About twenty years ago. I still say it's my single unquestionable paranormal experience.
And yeah, this is fairly close. Except she was walking toward my bed rather than on my chest.

About 5% of people experience it regularly. Not sure what percentage of people experience it at some point during their lives.

I've had it twice in my life. The first time I closed my eyes and felt my face getting stretched. The second time... well I laughed haha
