That hasn’t happened to me on my ps4 xbox and now ps5 someone must have installed it it cannot happen by itself

Apparently there's some kind of promoted download thing that exists but you can turn it off. At least what I'm learning from the post I linked. It's also possible it was just the icon and not the game.

Well it happened to me, like I said no one plays fortnite in my family and none of them really had proper access to my consoles back then.
