Whatever we say is meaningless, it's up to what you want

If money isn't an issue, buy a PC with Xbox Game Pass and a PS5. Hook them both up to an Oled TV.

You don't need to post the same question every 2 days, clearly we aren't gonna decide for you 😂

If it were me it'd be PC (1080ti build maybe?) + gamepass + PS4/pro, most sony exclusives run pretty well on ps4 for now and the ps4 is cheap and the ps5 is near peak price and will only get more affordable in a few years. Only games that really feel next gen are ratchet and clank and returnal (which coming to PC, but requires beefy specs probably). Especially considering you play at 1080p and don't care about future proofing.

Series S is also a great gamepass machine at 1080p overall imo. Ps5 does come with that collection of 20 or so games though, some goodies in there. Maybe series S + Ps4/pro? Also do you have a spare controller like an xbox one? Cause that brings down the price if you want to do two player or something.

Ps4 by itself is also still solid option, the new mid tier sony subscription is alright and gives access to some good games. What does the xbox really offer that playstation/pc do not game wise? Halo/gears/forza? How much do you personally value those franchises, that is a big consideration. Although eventually we should see some bethesda (and maybe activision one day) exclusives on xbox, but if you don't care about future proofing maybe just enjoy what is already available.

I'm defo not getting a PS4, i don't want last gen stuff. I actually sold my pc with an rtx3070 for 1.1k to get a console, as pc isn't for me. I would get the series x, but I'm scared that if it breaks, I've lost £450: Vs where if the series s breaks, I've lost £199 only
