Any ps3/4/5 emulators out there? there are switch emulators I think. Might be one for the ps5 or series x (maybe not the series x)

There’s PS3 emulators that work most of the time and there’s some unstable PS4 emulators but they need a bit of work from the user. RPCS3 comes to mind for PS3 emulation but I can’t remember the PS4 emulators that actually work. Beware there are some fakes though, one claims to be affiliated with RPCS3 but it’s a fake, doesn’t work, and is probably bundled with malware.

I have a Mac, so maybe I shouldn't risk it. I tried jailbreaking my ps3, and that didn't even work.

Jail breaking your PS3 is far riskier. You need to solder a mod chip onto the board for that to work. Also a mac is nowhere near powerful enough to run ps3, even ps2 emulation. It’ll have no chance running ps4 emulation. This is because the computer has to decode and encode the game’s instructions so it understands what it is being given and what it has to output. Put simply, the mac is pretending to be a ps4, something that has a very different architecture.

I have a gamecube emulator running perfectly fine on my m1. You sure about the ps2 not running? Gamecube was the most powerful console around 2002 or whenever

My friend has a ps3 too, and here's his problem: when he boots up a webpage like ps3xploit or even things like Facebook or reddit on his browser, it has the 80710a06 error (page can't be displayed). Any fixes for that? He claims to have tried everything. It may just be that nowadays that people use https over http, as people have browsers on their phones rather than needing a ps3 to surf the web.
