I’ve seen loads of restoration videos claiming these things are only £5-£15 so where do people get stuff like this?

Thrift stores, facebook, auctions etc. Broken consoles you can always find for cheap if you look.

I brought a Xbox one S that didn’t work for £20 from Facebook marketplace and I don’t know if I’m going to repair it as it’s water damaged I only brought it as a spare for my working one but the disk tray it’s totally different
