Uhhhh did you file a police complaint against them before you asked for their help? Not sure where you got the idea that you have the right to get that information from the gym. Did someone steal them from you? Or did you misplace them? Big difference. And no, I doubt the police will help you retrieve your lost airpods.

Yea I filed the police complaint first cuz the manager was not at the gym the day I lost my AirPods. Yeah, its fine if i don’t get them back. I’m just trying what I can

Good luck! I think your best bet would be to try and get them back from whoever found them. Maybe leave a note at the apartment building, just make sure not to accuse someone of stealing them, or they won't want to return them obviously. Something nice, maybe a reward for finding them?
