I like the part where they specify they will plant 2 trees.

This feels like an excellent in-fill project overall. Any idea when it will hit the ZBA? I'd make time to show up and support this project

Of course a six story residential building is better than what's there now, but when you compare this project to what would go up in a city taking steps to cope with a housing crisis by building more, it's not much. How many residential buildings are 10 stories or more in that entire Union Square area? Two or three? Union Square isn't Sudbury. Amenities, colleges, transit, music venues, jobs, and nice places to eat are all really close to there. Some developers in Cambridge were asked by the city to add height. Why isn't the same thing happening in Boston?

There have been taller buildings built down the street from there with more to come in the Boston Landing area. It's ok to have some redevelopment in the city without turning everything into a skyscraper

This project is too big. Ideally we should move this project to a different location. I'm all for more housing, but this isn't the way. What about the shadows this will cast? This type of construction ruins the character of the neighborhood. Not in my backyard!
