Put in 4 tickets within 311 for a missed trash pick up. 4x within 36hours. All closed saying it’s been picked up. Trash is still here. How many more tickets will I need to input till they actually do something? I don’t want to do a Infinity and beyond…

Follow-up. No pick-up still. Let’s hope for tomorrow.

When you figure it out, let us all know. My experience is they close them all without addressing them whether you use the app or call.

At least you'll have a paper trail to get out of a ticket?

Whenever I call 311 for a missed pick up they show up a few hours later. I've done it half a dozen times. Maybe it's different neighborhood to neighborhood

did they say why? they probably forwarded it to the trash contractor, the city doesnt pick up your trash

City is middle man here, tbh. You submit a ticket, they contact the service, service schedules etc…

It’s super annoying but blame is probably more on the company the city contracts with.
