If you are coming from north of the city you might consider going to somewhere in like assembly sq or a larger chain sports bar. If you want to go to one of the smaller irish pubs in boston/cambridge they will be packed shoulder to shoulder with people getting there 1-2 hours early to get a seat. You might get all the way there and they might be at capacity

worth noting the banshee is very small and people show up very early
if youre not a fan of standing the entire game and being packed like sardines for a 1pm soccer game, there are better places

Yeah it's huge. It's a great space, and it still feels fairly cozy. I do miss the old one a bit.

Pretty much. They swapped out the filet for an Ardbeg infused steak (I forget which cut). Fish and chips, shepherd’s pie and haggis are all still on the menu. There’s a lot more scotch than there used to be, too.

The Banshee by far. One of the few places that air soccer outside of the World Cup and the patrons that show up are true fans.
