So the other night the tram didn't stop at a station even though it announced they were now entering that station. So I had to get off at the next stop. Every other time I've been on, they stop at every station.

Today, they stopped at a station but did not open all the doors. A guy had to yell at the driver to open the back door.

Is there something specific riders are supposed to do to make sure the driver stops at their station and/or opens all the exits? Every other tram (all on GL) I've been on hasn't had these issues so I'm confused.

Push the yellow tab on the wall to signify you’d like to get off before the stop (with plenty of time). Make your way to the front door to exit.

When you say station are you talking about ground level or street level?

Street level you should be hitting the yellow strip, underground I think they're supposed to stop at all stops, I can't recall ever not stopping in the subway.

Street level, but again it hasn't been consistent. I saw them stop at street stations where no one got off, then didn't stop at another.
