In Philly we only have two subway lines. The El has that unfortunate setup where you have seats on either side that all face front, rather than seats at the side facing in. Not uncommon for there to be like, half-eaten take-out on the floor. Also not uncommon to have people passed out in a drug haze taking up a row of seats. It has been a little better lately as there is a new company handling cleaning and security but still, lots of room for improvement. Trains are pretty regular at least!
