Just looking for a fairly priced and reliable used tire shop. I live in Quincy, but can go somewhere else.

Promise it's not for a fix a flat, I really need some tires.

Jimmy’s tires on Hancock St. It looks like a regular house except it has a sign that says Jimmy’s Tires and a shitload of tires

This is the answer. Always been satisfied with patches/repairs here, and they went out of their way to find me a cheap matching used tire when I needed it.
