I challenge everyone reading this who thinks it’s ugly, and yet has not seen it in person, to go take a look at it in real life. Art is suppose to be experienced outside of a phone screen.

Don't confuse "art" (which isn't "supposed" to be anything) with "public art" which is supposed to improve the area around it. As public art, this is not good. The Common was better without it.

I did see it in person. It looked like a giant dong. There are better sides of it where it looks less like a giant dong but that doesn't change the fact that it looks like one from most angles.

I’ve seen it irl multiple times and if anything it just reaffirmed by belief that it looks like two arms holding up a bronze cock, from most angles.
