Best Pierogi in town?
Do you think a Pierogi specific restaurant would do good? Like a small/midsize place maybe about the size of NY Pizza or Falafel King, but pretty much all Pierogis. (Is this the correct way pluralize Pierogi?)
And a third (or fourth) question, would a Pierogi truck or stand entice you?
Edit to add: We get ours from a family friend in NH. We get about 5-10 lbs every 6-12 months. We eat our fill then freeze the rest to have later. They are always better fresh and thus my reason for asking.
One more edit: Bonus points for vegetarian and vegan options. Daughter cannot have dairy, and my two boys and I are vegetarian.

Cafe Polonia is my favorite. Moldova is excellent too (coltunasi, same thing). Cafe St. Petersburg sells pelmeni, which is the Russian variation.
There’s lots of places to buy frozen. Baltic Deli, Bazaar, etc.
Jaju is a local pierogi company that has occasional pop-up restaurants (has one in Bow Market), but mostly sells frozen ones in grocery stores. Not sure how well it does as a pop-up, but sure - a pierogi truck would entice me if it’s good. Just keep in mind that food trucks are notoriously challenging to operate in Massachusetts.
