I'm in QLD Australia. Are there specific sites or do you just find a random site and hope it's legit?

I just realized I left out the words "from a library". It appears Australia also has public libraries that are free to use. Mine has a couple of apps Libby, Hoopla, and Kanopy that allow me to check out a variety of digital media.
