Not bad ideas for decorating books but those titles are so generic and meaningless that they won’t attract a lot readers. Often the title is your one and only chance to snag a reader’s attention. She should find something that calls out what makes her books worth reading.

A title contributes to the gestalt of a text. I don't think people who haven't read the novel would be able to contribute anything meaningful.

Then she’s already an established brand. People are buying her books for her name, not the titles.

That’s an entirely different situation. I wish you’d mentioned that upfront. For someone like her, a discussion with her editors and publishers would be a much better source than here. They understand the market and know what sells.
