I’ve been considering using them. What are your thoughts on the service, and how much do you usually end up paying?

Service was always perfect. Picked up when scheduled and sometimes dropped off early but that wasn’t a problem. About $1.99/lb. I would leave the laundry on my porch in an Ikea bag. I alway asked that they didn’t wrap it in plastic when they returned it because that seemed unnecessary.
