Zaatar! They are Mediterranean so have a mix of stuff but Lebanese food is definitely in the mix. Their garlic sauce slaps

Byblos in Fed Hill is owned by a Lebanese family. The food is ok, but the owner is an artist and has all of his paintings in the wall in the restaurant. It’s a small space but one of those that has a homey feel.

Mera is great but I believe the chef is Syrian. Not that it’s far off, Levantine food does tend to have a bit of similarity. But it’s also a bit of a fusion with other types of cuisines and not authentically Lebanese.

Another vote for Lebanese Taverna. If you get takeout make sure to get their dough so you can have fresh bread with leftovers.

First thing that comes to mind is definitely Lebanese taverna in harbor east. Haven't been there in a few years, but I remember it being pretty good (but a bit pricey).

Baba’s Mediterranean Kitchen in Riverside/Locust Point. Not exclusively Lebanese food but lots of crossover, and the owner is just the best. Amazing food and friendly vibes. BYOB.

If you’re willing to go out into the county, I highly recommend Villagio Cafe in Towson. It’s incredibly delicious Persian food

Even though I recommended this place in another post for a large gathering, I went here for business with a colleague from Lebanon and he was unimpressed. I don’t think it’s particularly bad but that’s my anecdote from a Lebanese person

Unless something has changed, hard disagree with the takes on Byblos. The food is delicious, and the people who own it are the very sweetest people I’ve ever met. Really, they are absolutely wonderful.

This place has taken a real nose dive over the years. This place isn't in the same league as the other places that are recommended in this post. I would avoid it unless you're just looking for something that's marginally good and you happen to be in the neighborhood.

Lots in Fed Hill, but for pure Lebanese I’d say Byblos. Baba’s also, but that’s not so much a restaurant anymore. Zatar is great but not true Lebanese. So, pack up your beverages of choice and head to Byblos.

Surprised to see someone say Lebanese Taverna has taken a nose dive in quality. We were there yesterday for lunch and it was phenomenal!

Byblos in Federal Hill. Not a fan of Lebanese Taverna. There is a new place at the Ritz called Ammoora. Middle Eastern, but I haven’t been there yet. Positive reviews.

Byblos is my go to. I prefer the smaller Lebanese Taverna's you see in AACo and MoCo compared to the large one we have here, but it's also very good
