Lots of great things happening in pigtown. Look near the intersection of Washington Blvd and Scott Street. Buying is a great idea because a lot of rowhomes rent for more than a 250k house’s mortgage. My single family house in the city’s mortgage is less than what I use to pay to rent in canton. If you’re handy you could easily improve a rowhome and sell for more than you bought it for. Good luck!
